Disabled access may vary in some locations, please check your individual
requirements prior to booking. The lounge is open 05:00-21:00 November
to March, and 05:30-21:30 from April to October.
Essential Information
Lounges located after Passport Control are not suitable for passengers
on domestic flights unless stated otherwise.
For security reasons if you need to leave the lounge, you must take any
luggage with you even if you wish to return.
Lounges have a smart casual dress code and expect reasonable behavior
from guests. Lounge staff reserve the right to refuse admission.
Smoking arrangements vary from lounge to lounge.
There is a charge for champagne. Other drinks and snacks are provided
free of charge.
Lounge staff may announce your flight but cannot guarantee to do so. All
lounges have flight information screens and you are responsible for catching
your flight.
You may arrive at the lounge up to 2 hours before your flight time. Entry
prior to this time will be at the discretion of the lounge staff.

Is the site Landside or Airside? – Airside (Main Terminal)
What is Landside? – Landside lounges are situated before Passport
Control and can be used by those not traveling.
What is Airside? - Airside lounges situated after Passport Control &
can only be used by those in possession of a valid boarding card.
Directions to site – Upon entering the departure lounge, go to the
far left hand corner of shopping mall and follow signs to the Lounge.
Arrival before Booked time – You will be allowed to enter unless
the Lounge is full. If full, you will be asked to return at the booked
time.
Dress Code – All Lounges have a smart casual dress code and expect
reasonable behavior from guests.
Is smoking permitted in the site? – No.
Are Children/Infants permitted? – No children under the age of 14
admitted
Can luggage be left in site? – For security reasons all luggage
must be taken with customer should they wish to leave lounge even if they
plan to return
Flight Announcements – All lounges have flight information screens.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they catch their flight.
